Japanese Noodles – Ramen

Learn from Chef Okano, on how to make Japanese noodles, called Ramen, of 3 different broths. You will definitely become the Chef of Ramen back home!

Chef Okano

How he became a Chef:
Chef Okano went to France and learned from the famous Bernard Loiseau Chef and owner of a 3 Michelin- starred restaurant. Currently, he himself is the owner chef of a Japanese restaurant in Tokyo.

His past accomplishments in Japan : Worked as a Vegetable Sommelier, created Frappuccino for major coffee shop chains, and is a Food Consultant to many companies.
Chef Okano also has Personal Training experience advising athletes and Professional Models on keeping fit from eating properly.
What you will learn from Chef Okano : He will introduce the expertise in making delicious, healthy meals at home that will make you crave for more.

1) The all-time favorite Icing Cookies with Japanese decorations. e.g. Kimonos, Mt. Fuji.

2) Strawberry Daifukus are a kind of Japanese confectionary, made out of glutinous rice cakes. You can have fill them with different fruits of your choice. In our class, you can enjoy them with strawberries, oranges, or chestnuts! Daifukus have a meaning of “great luck” so you will surely bring some luck to you from Japan.

★CAKE & PASTRY TOUR (2 hrs.) on Saturdays!

Join us on the weekends! The difference with the other tours is that we`ll be visiting the Farmer`s Market and tasting the different patries. A new taste you won`t find at any supermarket! And for your final stop, we will be dining at one of the popular and recommended cake shops in Tokyo to be reserved, just for you.
